1. General Policy
All payments made for consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments at SkinClin.in are considered final. However, under specific circumstances, partial or full refunds may be processed in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:
- If a payment was made in error (for example, duplicate transactions).
- If a prepaid treatment or package has not been availed and the patient wishes to discontinue before starting.
- If the clinic is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen medical or operational reasons.
- If the doctor advises against a treatment due to medical ineligibility before the first session.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed consultations or treatments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with expected results, as treatment outcomes may vary from person to person.
- Missed or unutilized appointments after booking confirmation are not eligible for refund.
- Products purchased (cosmetics, serums, medications, etc.) once opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Refund for Prepaid Packages
For prepaid treatment packages, the refund amount (if approved) will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions and administrative costs. A processing fee of 10–20% may be deducted depending on the package type.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a written refund request within 7 days of the payment date.
- Provide proof of payment (invoice, transaction ID, or receipt).
- Requests must be sent to priyaemergencycare@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – SkinClin.in”.
6. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
7. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Failure to cancel within the time limit may result in forfeiture of consultation or session fees.
8. Service Discontinuation
In case SkinClin discontinues any service, clients who have pre-paid for the same will be given an option for an alternative treatment or a full refund of the remaining balance amount.
9. Changes to This Policy
SkinClin.in reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be published on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
